After placing a deposit, a Living Vehicle Ambassador becomes your personal guide throughout the entire process--from customizing your options, to delivery, to user training and service. You will have your Ambassador’s personal phone number, with on-call support available 24/7/365. Think of your Ambassador as you and your Living Vehicle’s new best friend.

Order a Living Vehicle and we’ll take care of the rest.

Pick a place and we’ll deliver your Living Vehicle directly to you. Once delivery is scheduled, your personal Ambassador will coordinate delivery, setup and personal orientation.

Service that comes to you.

When it comes to questions about servicing your Living Vehicle, there is no need to go through a dealership or complicated service department. Your Ambassador has all of the resources to answer questions, provide assistance and coordinate any service you may need. Our comprehensive service network includes field technicians that are deployed across the United States and are equipped to handle the majority of service claims. For more extensive warranty claims, the unit may be serviced at our home facility in Indiana.

Unprecedented warranty.

We stand by the quality of our Living Vehicle and are proud to offer a 5/3/1-year warranty. The 5-year structural warranty includes the aluminum frame, walls, roof and skins. For a period of 3 years, your LV is protected from defective materials or workmanship of components not included in structural, electrical or flooring warranties. The 1-year limited warranty protects customers from any electrical or flooring defects.

The Living Vehicle Owners Community will serve as a dedicated forum to connect you with engaged LV owners around the world. It will also host our comprehensive owner’s manual for all user related questions and concerns.
